Important Notice

To successfully complete your registration, please be sure to note and comply with the following requirements:

1. Page Limit for Registration: Each regular registration includes up to 12 pages for the paper (including all figures, tables, and references). Extra pages will incur additional charges.

2. Registration Requirement: For each accepted final paper, at least one author must complete pre-registration for the conference.

3. Registration Materials: Please send the following required documents to cmame2017@163.com to finalize your registration:
a. final paper (pdf. and source file);
b. signed copyright form;
c. filled registration form;
d. payment proof

4. If a registrant is unable to attend, they may by arrangement with the conference secretary, be substituted by a co-author or another individual from the same institution/organization.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by September 10, 2026: 70% refund of the registration fee.

2. Cancellation between September 11 and November 10, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.

3. Cancellation after November 11, 2026: No refund will be granted.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of participant cancellation, refunds will be issued according to the tiered schedule outlined in Refund/Cancellation Policy above.

If the conference is canceled or postponed by the Organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), registrants will be offered a full credit for a future conference or a refund of the registration fee, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by the organizers. Liability is limited to the registration fee.
