How to Submit Papers?

Abstracts

Abstracts of completed paper, extended abstract or proposed research in any of the topic areas listed or related areas. The abstract for proposed research should include the research objectives, proposed methodology, and a discussion of expected outcomes. It should not have more than 400 words.

Submission Guideline

The authors of CMAME 2024 should pay attention to the following:

  1. Original, previously unpublished papers, and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference, with scientific and technical contributions, are expected.
  2. Papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of TEN (10) printed pages including figures for regular papers. If they exceed 10 pages, author must pay extra fee 50 USD for per paper.
  3. Only accepted and presented papers will be published in the CMAME2024 Conference Proceedings which will be submitted to the SCOPUS and EI Compendex.

Reviewing Process


  1. All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence. 

  2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.  

  3. Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.  

Plagiarism Policy


The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the CMAME 2024 submission and the significance of this contribution.

Format of Presentations


  1. Paper sessions will consist of Six presentations in a 90 minute session. You are expected to present your paper within 15 minutes including question time. The session will be divided equally between the presenters. Each presenter will be expected to have the presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point saved in USB.  

  2. Poster sessions: All posters will be displayed in the open area around to the registration desk.  

Note: The following resources will be available for presentations: flipcharts, laptops, projectors and screens.
